Oceans Ate Alaska is an up an coming British band from Birmingham, UK.

Current band members:

Oceans Ate Alaska

  • James "Jibs" Kennedy – rhythm guitar, backing vocals (2010–present)
  • Chris Turner – drums (2010–present)
  • Adam Zytkiewicz – lead guitar, backing vocals (2012–present)
  • Mike Stanton - bass (2012-present)
  • Jake Noakes – lead vocals (2017–present)

Former band members:

  • Josh Salthouse – lead guitar (2010–2012)
  • George Arvanitis – bass (2010-2012)
  • James Harrison – lead vocals (2010–2016)

Due to the above dates between current and former band members. One might begin to realize a definite fall out with the former lead guitarist and bass guitarist in 2012. Followed by a recent fallout with lead vocalist James Harrison in 2016.

Since the fallout in 2012 the band has come quite along way and has polished itself off well with the changes in band members.

They currently have a new album out titled Hikari.
